Email is the only support channel, and we read every one. Tell us the app, the device, and what went wrong — you’ll get a useful reply.
§ 01

Before you write

A little context up front saves a round trip. Where it applies, please include:

  • Which app you’re using (e.g. WalkRank) and version number, found in Settings
  • Your account email or display handle (so we can find you)
  • Device and OS (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2)
  • What you expected to happen, what actually happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one
§ 02

What we help with

Account & sign-in. Locked out, can’t recover your email, want to change handles, or merge a duplicate account.

Activity & ranks. Steps not syncing, XP looks wrong, rank stuck after a season rollover, friend code not working.

Bugs & crashes. Reproducible issues, weird UI, data that disappeared. The more detail, the faster the fix.

Privacy & data requests. Export, correction, deletion, or any rights described in the privacy policy. Email support@everyrank.app with the subject line Data request.

Account deletion. You can delete your account from in-app settings at any time. If that path is broken for you, email us and we’ll process it manually within 30 days.

Integrity appeals. If an automated system has flagged your account or invalidated an activity, reply to the in-app notice or email us with the details. A human reviews every appeal.

Press & partnerships. Use hello@everyrank.app instead — the support inbox is for users.

Security reports. Flag the subject line with SECURITYso we see it first. Please don’t share details publicly until we’ve had a chance to fix.

No auto-reply. If you don’t hear back, the message probably got caught in spam — send it again.
